I’m always trying to mix it up at breakfast time to expose the Clean Little Tummies to different flavours. This week, I've added Bircher Museli to our breakfast menu. This recipe is an oldie but a goodie, and always a hit with the littleies, so I thought I'd share it with you. It uses simple store cupboard ingredients, mixed in with some fridge ingredient staples, which make it easy to make. There’s also the option of adding some lovely additions - like nuts, seeds or berries- to mix up the flavours and add extra nutrition. My favourite thing about Bircher Muesli is if you make up a big batch on a Sunday evening it can last up to three or four days in the fridge - so you've got breakfast sorted for the best part of the week before the week has even started! Win!
